Whoa, cool name. What's it mean?

This tuns first appeared in the Patrick Macdonald collection of 1784 under the title 'Western Isles Dance no. 32'. It was reunited with song lyrics, and thus a name, by either William Matheson or Alan Macdonald or Glenuig (I can't remember just now). I'm particularly fond of it as a Highland pipe tune. The title essentially translates as 'Oh what a joy it is to go to bed tonight'.
