The Wrong Medicine
© Composed by Barry Kerr (in the late 1990's)
The opening tune on his first solo album.
'Name[d] after a humorous incident' ...
What a beauty! And not too shy!
Transcribed from his CD. How many of youse already play it at sessions?
Notes:
2/2; D Major? It is a C-less hexatonic tune; second part turns to B; . 'syncopated' triplet (beat1 of part2) original.

Oops...it went the wrong way!
...and the sheetmusic has already appeared? That was quick!
I've now corrected the ABC version to include the 4th repeat, to do justice to the composer of that beautiful tune who plays the first part once only but the second part 4 times.
Played on the flute (E or E flat) on the album.

Oops... again: The first part of this tune is played: Twice, the second part, four times, for a total of 8+16= 24bars all round (check ABC for detail of repeats). Apologies.
