The Silver Tree (reel)
Learnt off East Galway flute player Sean Moloney's solo album, which was released a few years ago. According to the sleeve notes, this was among the favourites of Sean's father Eddie Moloney, who in turn got it from Stephen Moloney. Stephen was Eddie's father and a founder member of the Ballinakill Traditional Players along with Tommy Whelan and Aggie Whyte.
Note that the second part of this tune is almost identical to that of the Temple Hill. I never came across any tune with a similar first part.
