Jig Time.....
From a recording of "De Danann" from the radio, so I don't know much about this, except it's one of those very simple tunes which is played with so many variations - in this case predominantly by Frankie Gavin on flute - that it's almost impossible to transcribe. The "AAA" and "BBB" groups sound best played as "rolls". A basic transcription like this can't really do it justice - buy the recording and give it a listen. The title would suggest it's not traditional - maybe one of Frankie's own? Often simplest is best.
