Authorship
I think this is by Mike Simpson. His name is scribbled next to the title on the sheet music I printed out like ten years ago from some website -- I think it was Ceolas or Simpsons' own page.

Title
Actually, now that I think of it the title was also scribbled on the page. So the person I was years ago thought the tune was called Momma Traum and was by Mike Simpson, but the person I am now cannot vouch for this with 100 percent certainty.

Oops, wrong note
I wrote an A pickup note on the last first ending instead of the correct C sharp. The last first and second ending of the tune should be this:

not this:
