Not a barndance, in fact I'm not so sure 4/4 is right for it, but it's best to forget the time signature and play the tune.
This tune, written by Brian Finnegan for Sarah Allen, is an incredible slow air, and the name means "The Quiet Mind".
I'm always impressed by Brian's creativity with tunes, and how he seems to think outside the box, at least in this tune.
Can anybody tell me how to pronounce the title?

This is essentially how it's played, but on a flute in the key of F.

I'm no Gaelic scholar, but wouldn't that title mean 'peace of mind' rather than quiet mind, which would be 'Intinn Ciuin'.
Its pronounced "SoovNess In-Tin"

Thanks for that, Rollix. It's a daunting title to people like me with little knowledge of Gaelic...
Anybody have clues on the backing to this tune?
