Tarantella Di Ronciglione

One doesn't really expect to find too many tarantellas on a website primarily intended for Irish tunes - especially not self-composed ones! However, having said that, I personally like tarantellas, and I think that you have written a very good one. You must be very pleased - I see that it has already been added to 4 members tunebooks.

In your profile you say that you welcome comments about your tunes. Although I like your tune, I think that you might consider revising the last four bars of the "C" part, which I feel are a little weak, and not quite up to the standard of the rest of the tune.

Alternatively, you could just use the first 8 bars of the "C" part, with a repeat. This would keep the "C" part in a major key, which I understand is very traditional for tarantellas.

Thanks for your comment. I'm also not very satisfied of the last for bars of the C part. Sometime I prefer to play the third from last bar in this way | G2 E2 A2 | or | G2 E2 B2 |.

Lovely..

yes very nice tune,,
agree with all above but have a simple ending may help lead back to the beginning so not necesarily a bad thing.
The third phrase of the last section is lovely so must not be lost..
