Cahiramee

I came across this rhythmically slightly unusual and beguiling slip jig in O'Neiil (it's #445 in the original "1001"). Half the bars have slurring across the beat to give the effect of 2-3-1-3. I mentioned this in the discussion on Percussive Banjo Players (discussion # 19276) and thought it appropriate to post the tune.
The original in O'Neill indicates the cross beat by ties between the notes (such as tying G to G2), but it is probably easier to understand if the tied notes are printed as they sound.
I've found this tune only in the original "1001". It doesn't appear to have survived into later editions such as the "1850" or the Krassen edition.

I forgot I had this one in my ever-growing collection of ABC, and discovered it again today.... Really pretty tune, I think
