This is a great wee jig by Leo McCann. I've transcribed it in session friendly A but Leo plays in on his album 'If Anyone Can!' on an F whistle in the key of C. Lovely in either key.
Here's what he says about it in the album sleeve....
"The Back hill is a field on the farm I grew up on outside Benburb, Co Tyrone. It is a wonderful and peaceful place with the river Blackwater flowing past and it was here I got the inspiration for this jig"
