"Gan Ainm" ~ not three in a row!? There's gotta be some rule?
After doing some work on primary education dance materials this tune stuck in my head and I couldn't shake it, especially the A-part. It seemed familiar, again, but I haven't managed to find out much more about it. It was part of a BBC dance archive for primary schools, on a tape marked "British Folk Dance". The musicians for this were:
Colin Baines ~ C: ???
John Kirkpatrick
Pete Moore
Linda Rhodes
Helen Boole

A-part, bar 4 ~ | BcBA GFEF | ~ corrected!
Yes, this is where I feel a bit daft, letting that slip through in the bare-bones version just given... Weird, how did that happen?
