I love the differences... I kept nudging it in various ways, but did my best in the transcription not to add those, and also played with some of the slight variations used in the recording... This tune has a kind of 'set dance' feeling to me... I wish I knew the composer to, one, ask her permission before posting it, and, 2, find out what the story is behind the title. I'm assuming it's a moggie?

The name
I believe that Charlie named this tune after her niece. The niece is actually called Laura, but Charlie wanted to call her Maisy. I will check with her that she doesn't mind the tune being up here next time I see her.

Heya, I wrote this tune! Very surprised to see it here, was just wandering if there were any other tunes called Maisy! and hello Paul, yeah its fine the tune being here! I'd transcribe the C part for you aswell but i don't have the technology. Im really happy you like it anyway : )
The name was for my brothers baby, he said i could name her but he didn't like any of my suggestions and called her Laura after all, so i called the jig Maisy instead : )
