Could this be possibly related to The Mouse Behind the Dresser?

Yes, it is quite similar - but don't shout too loud or it'll get deleted.
cnfinley - There seems to be an extra bar in the B-part. Is there a repeat sign missing somewhere?

"Is there a repeat sign missing somewhere?"
Correction : Are there 1st and 2nd-time bar signs missing?

I would say that the extra bar in the B part at the end is how you would finish the tune if it was the last in a set - really a repeat of the first bar. There are quite a few tunes where it seems to be the norm to finish by playing a phrase from the start of the tune.

This is a fine reel. Session players can work out repeats, transitions to other tunes, or the ending with no problem.

A setting of "Mary O'Neill's"
This really seems a lot like "Mary O'Neill's" (in the O'Neill collection), aka "Mouse Behind the Dresser"
