I'll probably call it the Spaghetti Bolognaise; nice tune!

Saltarello
I believe Saltarello refers to a type of folk dance. I've seen Italian, Spanish, and Galician Saltarellos.
I played one at a wedding last year. It turned out that the mother of the bride was Galician from Spain and she knew the tune and the dance well. She was dancing as I played.
So I added in the Galician Waltz.
It was a great wedding.

The saltarello was a lively, merry dance first mentioned in Naples during the 13th century. The music survives, but no early instructions for the actual dance are known. It was played in a fast triple meter and is named for its peculiar leaping step, after the Italian verb saltare ("to jump").
