This is straight out of O'Neill. I play this regularly and was surprised not to find it here.

The reason you don't find it here is that it's not at all a common session tune. Most session musicians learn their tunes by ear from recordings or other musicians in sessions. They don't get their tunes straight from O'Neill's. You certainly shouldn't be surprised if you're the only person who knows it at your local session.

The Lisburn Lasses
A variant of Glen Owen (aka. The Doon Reel)? See: http://www.thesession.org/tunes/display/5440
