Mrs Marriott
This tune was written by Dave Swarbrick as a tribute to his mentor Beryl Marriott. He played it followed by 'Music for a Found Harmonium' at his recent Gig in Crouch End - March '08.
A good recording can be found on the album 'Straws in the Wind' by Martin Carthy and Dave Swarbrick amongst other albums and compilations over the years.

Playing Style
He plays it at a medium tempo in the Scottish style: stressing both the first and the fourth notes of each bar - these notes being noticeably dotted.
