Type of tune
Its not reeeeeally a waltz, I would say more of an air/slow air, but it wouldn't let me put that.

Basic Length
The Basic Length value (L

Bar lines
I guess your bar lines are not in the right place and youir note values are not as you want them.
You will need to rewrite your abc as follows:
B2 |: B2 e2 E2 | g3A BA | B2 g2 fe | etc. if you get my meaning.
I presume that is what your after. I could do it for you but you would probably prrefer to have a go yourself. You can cjhange your abc here but ubfortunately the manuscript will stay as it is but at least we will all know your intention.

Cymraeg? Gaelg Vanninagh?
Is the title Welsh or Manx? Or sumthing else?

Just curious... nice tune...

Sound clip
In response to Conchuir's query, the title is Welsh.
Here (http://www.box.net/shared/jq6rzgcvrn) is a link to a sound clip of the tune played on two flutes by Ceri Rhys Matthews and myself at a session at Ty Siamas, the new (opened summer 2007) Centre for Welsh Traditional Music in Dolgellau last autumn. We play it quite briskly (and freely) here, but it is also often played more contemplatively - works well either way. Ceri is doing most of the "embroidery". (I didn't know its title at the time.....and BTW, Tom who has posted the ABC here was present!)
Of course, it isn't really a waltz any more than most O'Carolan tunes in 3/4 are waltzes, though it can certainly be played as one/danced to as one.......
Here's my take on the ABC - basic tune, no ornaments or variations:
T:Lliw Lili Ymysg Y Drain
T:(The Colour of the Lily Amongst the Thorns)
C:Traditional
O:Welsh
M:3/4
L:1/8
