"Kip's Jig" ~ from the playing of Hugh Gillespie
The parts for this one have always rang bells of familiarity with other tunes, the most obvious being the A-part shared with ~

But there is another tune on site here that it is obviously related to on both parts, and close enough that I did consider just adding this to the 'comments' for that ~

I thought on this and before submitting it queried a couple of members, Dow and slainte, and it was slainte that, with just the B-part, found "The Munster Jig" for me to link to. I did make several attempts myself to chase up the B-part, but I'm not in much of a fit state at the moment for anything. I just hope giving this its own entry was a reasonable decision...

Go raibh ma'agat Mark ~ you're a mate
Much appreciated... I guess I should have waited another day. I'd been sitting on this for awhile and doing searches but not scoring much, but you know something of my current state. Nothing is working right. Worse, both of us somehow lost our gloves this week. That says something about our conscious state. I was born a bit addled, but this only magnifies that...
