Nice tune; I've had the dots for years, but never tried it out. I wonder how it got its name.

Elk's festival
We play this one after Madam Bonaparte sometimes.... and swing it a LOT (in fact it maybe even galumph's). I turn the triplets up eg gag rather than ggg.
I don't have a source for this, does anyone know who wrote it?

Are you sure there isn't another name for this one? I know the melody, set deep in my noggin, but I didn't recognize the name. Here's some fun as it came naturally, no struggle, but hoping there aren't a lot of other influences. Played swung, with the transcript given, there's nothing really to conflict between them, but there are some 'differences', or will we say instead, 'variations' ~
