Oliver Jack
I first heard this fine Shetland tune on a fiddle weekend in the Yorkshire Dales by Jenna Reid - she follows it nicely with 'Da Fashion O Da Delting Lasses' and 'Up and Doon da Harbour' on her CD 'Da Homin' (see Recordings link)
This is a Nigel Gatherer transcription that I found on JC Tunefinder:
X: 1
T:Oliver Jack
S:Dick Rutter, Edinburgh
Z:Nigel Gatherer
M:4/4
L:1/8

Nice little tune by the way, rings like a song. Are there lyrics?

What I meant was that the transcription I've submitted was found on the JC site, where it is attributed to NigelG !
Don't know if there's an associated song. Nigel?

Maybe that's what was rolling around in the mud of my mind snorting nonsense syllables longing to join up into lyrics?
