It's a reel
I sent the pdf to Pibroch 14 (what kind of a name is that?)
but thanks for doing my donkey work.
Think of the tune in D (it's the F sharps/major thirds, even though it has a flattened 7th) and play it as slow as you like.
But remember, it's a reel. It's not dotted.
If you play it like a hornpipe it sounds sh*te
