That's it, before Kenny disowns me. I have a lot of penance to do, but there is also the pleasure of a number of Irish transcriptions I've done and a stack more of Irish recordings, field and commercial, needing attention, again (a mishap with a hard drive that took lots of work with it when it went down ~ that was hell :-( )...

Pronunciation guide ~
Ynys ~ Uhn - iss ('iss' as in 'pi*s')
Môn ~ moan

Part of a Welsh set.

Played in a a set beginning with Gower Reel, followed by, Nos Wener, then Ynys Mon.
On the Gower reel link the Welsher (?) ways of playing it are
'ABC 'ed at the bottom end of the comments page. Ignore the unpopular American version at the start!! (Titled Soldiers Joy)
