Right now there are 4 recordings linked to this entry and they all feature the Roscommon *reel*. Looks like a bug in the system...

I tried to name it "Roscommon Polka" but the "polka" was dropped when I submitted it. I hadn't anticipated that...

Yuh can't do that! ~ Sorry airport, that is another aspect of the site, you can't use tune forms in the title. The same is true for recordings. The system immediately removes the attempt, and trying it any other way only causes other problems. That is one of the quirks that comes up repeatedly in discussion and with the webmaster Jeremy. As yet no solution has resulted. There are a lot of shared names, like 'gan ainm'. That did get solved a couple of years back, 'gan ainm' no longer throws up every 'gan ainm' in a recording, as it once did. So, there has been some progress.

Carty at Scoil Cheoil na Botha- Roscommon set?
I had already gone through most of the youtube video from Scoil Cheoil na Botha. Does John go back into Roscommon as a reel to end that set? If so, a really nice contrast; makes for a good opening/closer. Any chance someone has the tune names for that or any of the other videos?
