The other C Polka
I took Joe CSS's advice and called this one C+. In reality, much like "C", it does not have a name, it is just known as "that polka", "which polka?", "the one in C", "this one?" (noodles), "no, the other one." Again, common at French, Breton, European festival and Blowzabella-friendly sessions.

I normally play this straight after C, but if you're playing for dancing, make sure that you don't go on for too long without giving the dancers a break!!

C
I have put comments, regarding your transposition, on your previous submission and because of that have to ask if your abc's for this one are correct. I have not heard the recording of the tune here so don't know the answer. It would be worth checking.
I have transposed both tunes to G but prefer them in the lower key of C (as Eaton & Cutting play it)

What next?
The C++? The Algol? The Cobol ? (Younger members won't have a clue what I'm on about!
)

Hetty - no, neither are identical to the CD versions, but no two versions are ever the same. If you want to, you can transcribe the CD versions and put them on the comments.
Domnull - "The Perl" (well, The Pearl) http://www.thesession.org/tunes/display/6417

"Younger members won't have a clue what I'm on about!"
Actually, I was thinking the older members wouldn't have any idea. Perhaps the ASM or the Python?

I do not have a clue what you're on about.
I'm 17.

The next one in the set
Mehitabel. Just for a laugh could you find another C major polka, post it on the site and call it "C*"? Can you guess why?
That'd be great!

C+, The other C Polka
Years ago I enjoyed working with Forth, a really neat and concise language. I also used DisplayWrite 3 for all my word processing, too, if it comes to that. And IBM's OS/2 was the bee's knees as an OS - pity they lost the plot on that one and it died.

The Blue Man Group is a sort of surrealist performance art group with three blue men who put on a show involving PVC instruments, information overload, lights, sounds, water and, if I recall, marshmallows. Was the weirdest thing I've ever seen.

Back to the tune
Thanks for the mp3 and as I thought Eaton & Cutting's is slightly, but relevently, different to your abc here.
In the 'A' music bar 1 is; | CG,/C EC/E/ | bar 5 is: | B,G,/B,/ DB,/D/ |
there is also a bar 8 |1 E/F/E/D/ C :||2 C2 |
In the 'B' music Bar 4 is; | B,/C/D/C/ B,/A,/G, |
Small differences I know but significant.
