Peter Man
I absolutely LOVE this tune, and am ecstatic that I have finally learnt it. I've been hearing snippets of it for years, played by this and that person, enough to make me wild about learning it, but never enough to actually learn it. I only found out its name this summer, so naturally I thought, "Finally! Now I can look for it in The Session!", only to discover, to my horror, that it wasn't here. But then I stumbled across this: http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=115691573
So now it is.

I heard this tune was written for Peter Tickell when he set off a fire alarm in a youth hostel and everyone kept saying "Peter Man" or something like that, and Kathryn wrote the tune out of amusement. A friend of a friend told me that, so it's likely that the story has been somewhat distorted. Lovely tune.

Peter Man
Listening to the recording on the myspace i reckon the notes in bars 10 and 14 go EBea ^gedB and not EBda ^gedB!! That makes it easier to play an all!!!
