For the three identical notes (eg the first three) you should hold the first note a bit longer and add the roll at the end of the group.

I was taught it at Sabhal Mor Ostaig last year by Julie Fowlis. I thought it was on one of the Dochas CDs but I guess not.
Just done a Google search and it is on Fire On! by Blazin' Fiddles. Apparently it is a Donald Shaw composition - and I thought it was an old tune too!

I see it is also on a Dan Ar Braz album - Finnisterres
Don't know if Capercaillie ever recorded it - they don't seem to bother, normally, with little things like full track listings.
