This version is off the Willie Hunter Sessions Album. A quick internet perusal reveals that it is apparently a Skinner tune. There's a clip of Skinner playing it here

Hunter plays the second part the first way, with the doublestops, whereas Skinner plays it with triplets, the second way I notated it.
I couldn't get those '2's to go away without removing the doublestopped quarter notes, i don't know why, so just ignore them.

O yeah, and the key is not Gminor, obviously it's Bflat.
