It's a jig that I learnt with my G musette du centre. Very simple, possible to add woderful ornementations. I heard it with the name of 'Dans uit Brest'. But tell me the name if you know it. Tkanks

"Garyowen"
It's in the phrasing gaita, which has in the past generally been barred as 6/8... The 12/8 barring is relatively new, 20th Century as far as I know, the latter half. I've not seen it earlier, but like the definition it gives to the swing of such tunes. There is also a prevalence of N2 N, or for example from above, B2 d, slow-quick... I have to stop myself from turning into a march:
