This tune was requested by Seara in Discussions. It appears on Capercaillie's album, 'Delirium'. I presume it comes from the Highland bagpipe repertoire.
All those dotted notes and Scotch snaps are not typical of an Irish reel, but then, who ever said all tunes posted here have to be Irish (half of which were originally Scots anyway)? Main thing is, it's a nice tune.

It appears as a second part of Lament for the Viscount of Dundee on Tony McManus's album Ceol More. Very nice guitar version.
