Paddy Kelly's
Learnt this tune off a CD of Irish Fiddle music and would love to know if anyone else knows it by another name. I love the change from F sharp to F natural; it makes this tune very unique! And it's fun to play!
PS. If you are reading the ABC format, the F sharp E D pattern in the 1st bar is a triplet (and everytime these 3 notes appear together they are triplets), as is the B C D pattern in the 2nd last bar.

"?"
This is familiar, if not necessarily as given, and what my memory came up with is minus your joy of moving from sharp to flat, though one could add that... I thought this reel was here already but despite trying a search in a couple of keys there are so many possible variations in any bar that I was unable to confirm pre-existence here one way or the other. Maybe someone else will have more luck.
For example, here is one other way with the melody, though I'm not completely happy with what my memory dug up for bits of the B-part ~

"The New Custom House" ~ Yes!
That's what I was sensing anyway, or trying to find, D Mixolydian, not D Dorian. If I'd searched a few more bars worth it would have probably finally turned up. I've just gone over my transcript as E Mixolydian and that is definitely more along the lines of what I was sensing, rather than E Dorian. Thanks Kenny...

This is obviously closely related but has enough different twists that I suppose it will hold up here on its own over time... The link is here for others to chase it up. I'll add this one in the 'Comments' for "The New Custom House"...

Bars 3 and 7
I'm assuming the first f is meant to be sharp, not the subsequent d.

Yes, I think that's a typo...expecting they meant AD^FD...
I've dropped the contributor a note... They can always correct their ABCs...

Thanks for the tip!
Sorry about those errors...it's actually the 1st time I've used ABC notation and I have a lot to learn!
