Why? ~ Well, it is odd, at least in my mind. It doesn't have the usual 'agreement' between the A & B parts. What is there is in a different place from the usual, in this case bars 3 &4 of both parts... So, a curiosity, slightly squiff, and yet it is fun to play, if confusing...
