The Drake's Neck
This is a Donegal tune that I got from the uilleann piper Seán Potts.
I've heard one recording of it...played by Darragh Murphy on "A New Dawn. Uilleann Piping, Another Generation." [available from Na Piobairi Uilleann, 15 Henrietta St, Dublin 1, EIRE]
He learnt it from Robbie Hannan. The version is almost the same as Seán's....hope I've transcribed it OK.
The tune lends itself nicely to lots of cranning and off-the-knee playing....something we uilleann pipers get all excited about !!!

Bears a resemblance to a tune called "The Milltown Lasses" as played on "Hidden Fermanagh" CDs.
