Any background
I do feel it needs a dmajor run in bar 4 of ther b part (ade f#ga) to add a little more variety.
I've put it in the file of tunes to make sets sometime.
It would be good to know what sort of feel was intended originally, even if we do end up doing something different with it.

Name and things
i wrote a few years ago while watching joan of arch. it nice to know your thinking of putting it in a set. i played it a few weeks ago in berwick and it went down well. i usally play it as a fast jig but it works well as a slow jig too. and if your looking for a great harmony i'd lower the b part a 5th and rough it up a bit. it sounds excellent and really gives the tune drive.
