Intriguing!
I like the tune! I'm sure its a recent composition. Who wrote it? Where is it from?

First tune I wrote
This is the first tune I wrote, quite a while ago now. I had been digging
up tunes out of the big yellow O'Niells, the first edition, that used both
f and ^f, or c and ^c, such as Crabs in the Skillet. I was playing some
of them for a friend of mine, and she said it made tunes sound like
crabs going sideways. So I wrote this. I tried to make the B part
go as sideways as I could manage. A bit excessive, but lots of fun
when I've been practicing it enough to be able to play it.

What year?
This may be an unusual qestion, but I am curious to know. Do you remember approximately what year you wrote this?

Composer field
You might like to sign your name more directly to this tune by adding the composer field in your abc header. An example is below, but of course, I don't know if that's really your name:
X: 1
T: Crabby, The
M: 9/8
L: 1/8
C: J. Hawkins
R: slip jig
K: Amix

My apologies
I now know that you can't add a field to the header when you post a tune here.

What year I wrote it
About 1998, I think. My scribbles writing it are on some page of some
notebook somewhere, I could probably find it if I looked.
