The Tip-Top Polka

A conventional, not a Kerry - type polka. Used by the Coconut Dancers of Bacup, Lancashire, in their seasonal forays. I've seen it written in G and have entered it in that key: I like it more in D, but in that key it goes down to a low C# some players might not find user-friendly, or would somehow have to avoid by variation.

Oh dear. Forgot to indicate the first part is played twice, and how the first part ends the first time round. Will put it on the abc's. The tune is played quite a lot more slowly than the midi suggests.

No :||: in practice ~ & correction: my transcriptions should have read M: 4/4

As the Bacup musicians and others play this tune, the parts are not repeated...
