Anyone got a name for this jig?
I heard this one years ago in sessions around County Durham (UK), played as a favourite follow-up to the Rakes Of Kildare. I imagine it is fairly well known and has a name somewhere, but the people I knew didn't have one for it.

It looks like a jig Larry Nugent plays on his 1st CD. Possibly the one he has as "Dermot Grogan's". I'd have to check.

Close.......
It's very like a jig called "Pip Murphy's" which Larry Nugent plays after "Dermot Grogan's", but I don't think it's the same tune. Sure I've heard it before, though.

The Ballybunion...
...is it's name. Nicholas, if you want to give it it's title, go to "edit details".

I just misused an apostrophe twice. That's so horrible. I should be imprisoned.

The Ballybunion Jig
Thanks, noxious and kenny. (I see there's already a B. Hornpipe and Polka in the database.)
