I can't remember where I learned this.I think that the title means "Throwing Stones" but no doubt Ceolachan will correct me if i'm wrong.

"Tariad Carreg" ~ ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

Yes, Carreg is a rock or stone, but what the hell is a 'Tariad'? :-)

Now a really cool title would be something like "Tafliad Carreg"! That would be a nice title, yes, I like that, but it isn't tossing rocks. Basically it means "A Stone's Throw"... Could that be what you're thinking of.

I know, if I was a mate I'd do the usual thing and quietly drop you an email without making a public display, but I'm in a mood you know, and you wouldn't want to be around me at this moment unless you're also in a funny mood and want to stay up all night laughing at silly things... That doesn't mean I don't care, of course I do, but the devil's in me this evening... ;-)

"Crasdant: Welsh Traditional Music" ~ their first album

Track 4, tune 3

I think it is a recent composition, but I haven't that album at hand to confirm that...

I'll be back! ~ after I find that information and can confirm anything...

I wasn't sure about the title, and as I said before my Welsh is almost non-existent.I'll edit the title.

Polca Mania ~

Sorry old friend ~ I said I was in a funny mood... Your Welsh isn't non-existant, I just have an unfair advantage ~ maybe? Now you've submitted a polca / polka I'll have to dig out a few others to accompany it... ;-)

'Tarian' neu 'Tarddiad' = a Welsh 'Tardis'?
