except for the triplets, that tune doesn't seem to me a hornpipe.. I play it as a reel.

Two Birds On a Tree
The renowned Sliabh Luachra fiddler Padraig O'Keeffe played this tune, and wrote it down in one of his manuscript books, in a form of fiddle tablature. This is my transcription from a reproduction of O'Keeffe's book:
