I've found another abc version (identical, but in 3/4) whith the source "Yann Dour" - I did not know him, but listening to some snipplets on the web he seems to be a great accordionist

Yann Dour
I have some recordings of Yann Dour, lovely stuff... A dedicated ambassador for Breton music and dance he also produced a method book "pour accordéon diatonique (tablatures) et tout instrument":
