Derivatune
This slow reel fell out of my bow in about five or ten minutes.
I can't seem to find anything exactly like it, and though it could possibly be argued that I wrote it, somehow it seems unlikely to me that I've composed it (perhaps some elements of the second part). It's probably a derivation of some cranial echoes... In first part, the high A in bar 4 could just as easily be a high D; and in second part, the double stop in bar 4 works with either a D or F# above. Chords written are suggestions only. It speeds up nicely as well.

Alternate name
After hearing this tune, bow-maestro Denis Lanctot suggested naming this tune "The Full Moon"... that's ok by me.

Not the same tune
Clearly this isn't the same tune (The Full Moon) as those played by Jim McKillop in two albums noted here. No sir.
