I was carbonised a few months ago for saying the same thing, here I go again : if French tunes of every region are to be added to the tune database they'll outnumber the others very quickly... and they'll range from Caribbean to Alsacian including Auvergnat... good luck!!!
On the basis of the recordings, why be unaware of the nonIrish air. Let us open at least this window towards the other cultures which these musicians chose to record.

It's not French, it's from Brittany, native area to the world's most widely-spoken Celtic language.
Calling it French is like calling all Irish and Scottish music English music...
