Yippee, another Manx tune. Thanks Dapt. Have you any more?
I only play one myself, that very sad one about the sheep in the snow - lovely tune though ....... do you know it's proper name?

Manx Tunes
Hi Ptarmigan,I have 2 Manx tune books called "Kiaull yn Theay 1 and 2".I would be happy to post some but don't know if it's ok cos I'd be copying them. What do you think?
Vel Shuish Ben - Aeg Ny Ben Y Phoosee is written by Tom Kermode and is in G in the book.I got hold of them when I went to play Yn Chruinnacht 2005.

Support the Tradition and the efforts of others ~
They are still in print and can be ordered, as can the collection "Kiaull Vannin" ~ and other books on Manx culture... They aren't expensive, support the tradition and the efforts of other with the few bob they ask for their work...
The Isle of Man Tourist office has them in stock continually in their shop... Just ask:
