This tune seems to be virtually the same as 'The Hornless Cow', which can be found in O'Neill's, and is already listed:

I don't think they are "virtually the same." They are different in the 2nd part.

Perhaps it would have been better to express it as the Hornless Cow appears to be a predecessor of this tune because, although the 2nd part is different, there are similarities in the flow of the tune.
