Is this a composition of Willie Hunter?
It has some stylistic similarities with The Cape Breton Fiddler's Welcome to Shetland (the title as well as the tune)

Composition?
Hi,
No, it was composed by K Loughlin, according to the CD leaflet.

Possibly Kevin Loughlin, Co.Fermanagh accordion player, who recorded on the Belfast "Outlet" label in the 70s ?

Why not? It sounds more like a fiddle than an accordion tune though?
