This is the first tune on flute player Mark Roberts' lovely CD "The Gloup". He plays it slow and smooth. Obviously he has to pop the low C's and A's up into a playable register. Those notes do a lot for the flow of the tune and so I was tempted to transcribe them as a flute would play them, but didn't.
He does a very pretty variation on the 4th measure of the A-part in place of the rolled G: |~G3 cGE| becomes |cAd cGE|
Does anyone know who Elizabeth Keane is/was?
