I learned this barndance at a workshop. It was composed by Paul McGrattan and you find a very nice version of the tune played by Beginish.

Reminds me a lot of a tune Martin Hayes played on his Over the Moon CD, called Lucy Farr's. It's in a different key, but the tune is so similar, even though the B part doesn't go up so high. Anyone else think so?

Similar to another tune
although the tune is composed by Paul McGrattan the first part is very like a Scottish march called 'Battle of the Braes', listed as barndance on this data base:
