Northumbrian Tune
Lovely tune from the Northumberlands (one for Dow to add to his collection of northumbrian tunes). I learnt at a Folksouthwest youth resedential thingy and i was tought it by Jackie Oates.
Pretty sure it is not on this site allready I rooted around in Dow's description and did not find it in there (unless I missed it)!
O! One more thing - it is played as a slow reel and when you play the B2's try flicking the note above (i think it's called an upper mordent or somethin' like that). We added cords and drones but that's just what we did - you can do what you like with it. It's Trad as far as i know.
Cheers and enjoy,
Sam

In case #6255 doesn't survive... I suspect Sian, a Welsh fiddler, could not find the misspelled 'Lilly' or her way with the tune...
