Duplicated
Great tune, but it was already posted as "The Queen of the Rushes": http://www.thesession.org/tunes/display.php/710 I personally prefer Gian Marco's transcription though. It's definitely in Dmix.
It appears as "The Chorus Jig" on Maeve Donnelly and Peadar O'Loughlin's recent duet album. It seem an East Galway tune.

Completely Misnamed
I've just listened to Mr. Raffery playing a tune called "The Bower." It's a reel. http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/mikerafferty

Tune/title confusion
The jig posted here is, indeed, "Queen of the Rushes" and not "The Bower." I wrote "The Bower" and gave it to Mike after being inspired by his music. Mike was kind enough to record it, in a set with "Jenny Picking Cockles." Unfortunately, a couple of the tracks on Speed 78 are mis-labeled, which has resulted in some confusion. Thanks -- Paul Wells.

I once see this listed as "Queen of Russia" though I will never add it as an alternative title on this site.
You can listen to legendary East Galway fluter Eddie Moloney play it: http://www.lafferty.ca/files/flute-geezers/edmaloney5.mp3 (from Rich Lafferty's flute tape page: http://www.lafferty.ca/music/irish/flute-geezers)
