Nice Tune
Howdy,
This is a jig in a set by Solas on Waiting for an Echo, which I would highly recommend. Enjoy. Btw, does anyone know the history of this tune; is it traditional or fairly new? Thanks.

History of "Steven Campbell's"
As a pure guess, I would guess "Steven Campbell's" is relatively new because of the way "Steven" is spelled. What I wold like to know is if the tune is Scottish?

Steven Campbell.
I haven't seen him for a few years, but there is a very good fiddle player from Glasgow by the name of Stevie Campbell. Last I heard he was in Donegal, and I think was involved in working in music in Glencolumbkille. It may have something to do with him, but of course there may be more than 1 Steven or Stephen Campbell.
