Hmmmmm... ~ structurally speaking this mirrors a 16 bar single reel, minus the repetition...composer?

This a composition by Sylvain Barou, fluteplayer-extraordinary with the band Comas (http://comas.folk.be), The Sheetmusic isn't quite what he plays exactly. I'll give it a try and post the abc in the comments
