From the Battlefield Band.

Jimmy's foot
The foot in question belonged to the late Jimmy - right or left, I don't know. I think it was former Battlefield Band whistle player John Gahagan who wrote this, and it was played as a kind of "salsa", complete with keyboards and drum machine. Some people hated it when it came out, but I've always liked it for its' originality.
The story was that Jimmy had had an accident and broken a foot. John had this tune and was going to call it "Jimmy McHugh's Foot", but someone else got in there before him, and had already given a tune that name, so John was forced to name it after the other foot.
